Judith Castillo has a University degree in Information Sciences and Communication from the University of Bordeaux (France). She has pursued her professional career in the International Consulting sector since 1998.


As a Project Manager, she led teams in Change Management Projects and did Process reengineering and Business audits in Industrial Companies and the Services sector throughout all Europe.


Judith is an Executive Coach and Team Coach, trained by the EEC (Escuela Europea de Coaching) and endorsed by ICF (International Coach Federation). She also is a certified consultant in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre.

Trained by the IDE-CESEM Executive Institute in Madrid, she is an expert in the Work-Life Balance field.


Thanks to her German-Spanish family and cultural background, her long-term residence in France, her professional job experience in European countries and her insatiable curiosity, Judith speaks 4 languages: German, Spanish, French and English.


She is the mother of a little boy and enjoys excursions on her Dutch bicycle. She loves to cook and spend time on her island in the North Sea and Bordeaux. She adores Jazz and detective novels. Always seeking the proper balance between her professional and family life and consequently, she believes in the Work-Life Balance concept. This inspired Judith to found EQUILIA.


Prior to joining EQUILIA, Judith worked for major international consulting firms and managed projects for clients such as:

DHL-Danzas, Marie St. Hubert-Uniq, Behr, Luk, KKK, Camif, Schmiedag – Georgsmarienhütte, Thresher, THK, MCL-Autolink and Henkel.
As well as Audits for Aventis, PSA Madrid, Macif, Steelcase Strafor, Matra Aerospatiale, British Aerospace - BAE Systems, Retevision, La Vanguardia, etc.
